When you begin to look for a hot tub it can certainly be confusing on which one to purchase? There are a couple of questions you need to ask yourself.
- What is my budget
- What is most important to me (therapy, relaxation, colour, options, structure, maintenance)
It always surprises me when I get calls and someone ordered a hot tub online or purchased from a company that simply blows into town and then is gone. Are you really willing to risk that you will never have to service your hot tub? These companies will tell you that the local pool/spa company will service your hot tub, but will they? Did you call them to confirm or is this simply a ploy to entice you to sign on the dotted line?
We carry two lines of hot tubs so that we can help you make the right buying decision based on the questions above. Yes, often times budget is the main priority and given that you may have to purchase our entry level hot tub. It comes with many of the same components but yes, you will be sacrificing something if your budget is low.
If the structure is the main priority our galvanized steel substructure will blow your mind. Guaranteed for life!
Stay away from those companies that are still using foam as part of their insulation. These tubs are a nightmare to service and once you pull out much of the insulation you will never get the R value back therefore will be spending it in hydro costs.
Let us show you our hot tubs. We will explain to you what is important in a hot tub. Our no ‘bull’ approach is honest, refreshing and we are told appreciated by so many of our clients.
